What happened :

I was updating some missing drivers then I saw that I needed to update my bios so I downloaded the latest bios for my system (2802 x64 < link to bios download) then I opened the start menu and clicked restart and it was taking awhile to restart so I pressed the power button on my pc then I opened up my UEFI bios and installed the bios .CAP file from my hardrive using the ASUS flash utility. And now when I try to start windows the windows starting animation plays then it stops and shows a blue screen and then goes to start-up repair , start-up repair fails to fix the problem

Also : I think windows didn't shutdown correctly because I forced it off in the middle of a restart

Hardware specs :
Motherboard : ASUS Z97M-PLUS
Hard drive : Western Digital Blue WD10EZEX 1TB
CPU : Intel Core i5-4690K
GPU : EVGA 04G-P4-2974-KR GeForce GTX 970
PSU : CORSAIR CX series CX750M 750W
RAM : G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB
DVD Drive : ASUS Black 18X DVD-ROM 48X CD-ROM
OS : Windows 7 Home Premium(64bit)
Built : 10/28/2014
Failed to start windows : 5/31/2015

I'm trying not to re install windows because I would lose all my data
If anyone knows how to fix this that would be great thanks for reading.

Can you access a C: prompt anywhere? Booting into DOS sort of thing.

(By the way, forcing a shut-down during a shut-down procedure is very bad. It can corrupt your OS, and that may well be what's happened. I did it myself once, and it left me with very slow booting. Until I figured out how to fix it.)
