Windows 7 won't start up - Blue Screen

Hi all, so today I turn on my computer and as soon as the windows symbol loaded it will go into blue screen. I've included a picture of the BSOD below:

I tried booting up safe mode and did not work the blue screen just pops up again when it tries to go into log in screen. I tried Startup Repair and that didn't work. I tried using System Restore prompt option from Startup Repair and that didn't work. Whenever Window tries to go to the log in screen it just crash to blue screen.

My Specs:

i5-3570K
EVGA GTX 570
Kingston Hyper X 8GB(2x4)
WD Cavier Black 500GB

EDIT: I took out the CMOS battery and unplugged everything. When my computer booted again I selected "Optimized Default then reboot" option. Still it did not work the blue screen appears just before the log in screen..

Can someone please help me?

Probably bad HDD connection, try to unplug/plug your HDD cables (Power and SATA), and boot your PC!

If it doesn't help try with other SATA (data) cable.

I tried unplugging the SATA and power cables and did not work. I used SeaTools in DOS and it said that the hard drive had failed an important diagnostic test and caused by sectors which are difficult to read.

Yep so now I probably have to replace my HDD unless there's a way to fix it.

If I have to, I'm thinking of replacing it with a SSD but lot more expensive. :/

Yeah it's expensive but it's really worth the money)))

If your going to replace with SSD make sure its nothing below 240GB and I would get a 1TB+ HDD for applications. SSD tend to fill up rather quickly. I made the mistake of getting a 120GB SSD and now after 5 months its over %50 full. This is even with a 500GB HDD for applications and other files.

SSD = OS
HDD = Application

I think it's worth mentioning that since last year I've encountered stuttering problems. The computer will randomly stutter and lag about and during these stutters I can hear my HDD making "deh"..."deh"..."deh " noise like skipping and lagging.

Recently, about a month ago, I noticed while I'm browsing the web my browser(Chrome) sometimes freezes a bit then goes back to normal. And whenever I try to click on the wifi signal on the tool bar it will take about 30 seconds for it to pop up.

I'm not sure if all these issues was related to the HDD. But I think it might be worth mentioning.

Sounds like a faulty HDD, the sounds you were hearing are the sounds of a dying HDD.

I had this HDD for almost 2 years now I just didn't expect it will be over this quickly. 🙁

Yeah I know, I just repaired a computer that had a HDD fail in under 6 months.
