Windows 7 - Youtube Audio and Video out of sync

Whenever I watch a video, it will be in-sync for a little bit, then it will slowly drift out of sync. Please help.

In whichever browser you are using. Either enable or disable GPU acceleration (set the opposite of whatever it currently is) and see if that helps.
