Hello,I have a P bell laptop 64bit and I have no end of trouble with my lexmark 3500-4500 series x4550 printer, fax works scanner but no printer, tried uninstalling, reinstalling, got Norton antivirus could this be the problem? strange as it may sound I've had laptop 8 months now no problems until yesterday Sat 15/01/11 worked ok on 14/01/11, can anyone shed any light on this please?
