I am currently running Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit and would like to install Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit..Do I need the Upgrade or The Full Version?
Also, will I be able to install it without losing any of my files or, will I have to do a clean install?

You can get the upgrade version and upgrade without losing files. Do a backup for safety before upgrading.

You'll be fine to upgrade from Home Premium Vista to W7 Home Premium without losing anything, I believe. Most will tell you a clean install in better, but if the upgrade is convenient on your end, go for it.

+1 for clean install, but if you're set on doing an in-place upgrade, Vista HP x86 to 7 HP x86 will work just fine.
