Windows 8.1 ALT Tab problem (urgent)

Whenever i tab back into a game, i get a flickering mirage of pictures or menus from anything on my computer, this can include random photos, task manager and other nonsense.http:// <==== this is what happens.
If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know thank you.

Just wondering did you watch the video, and if you did or not, it flickers when i tab for about 2-3 seconds then stops, but will 100% happen everytime i tab hope this helped or whatnot

In that case, if it does stop then it may just be you gpu adjusting, i shouldnt think it is any cause for concern.

I'de suggest updating your graphics drivers (clean install drivers), looks like random garbage is getting shunted when you switch rendering sources. If it gets worse it might be a sign of broken graphics memory, but more likely it's just a driver bug.

I tried uninstalling drivers but it has not fixed this error, it only started recently, around 2 weeks ago but has not stopped since, hopefully someone knows how to fix this, thank you for your help.
