Windows 8.1 ASRock Drivers DOS Restart

So, I just installed windows on my new custom made pc and download a lan driver for the ASRock Z97X Killer, it told me to restart my PC, so I did, and when It started back up, I was in DOS, I don't know how to get out of it! Can someone please help me get out of it, I have set my time and now it is just on "(C:/)"

did you try hitting F8 before the windows logo....

is it possible to enter safe-mode and remove that driver?
