Windows 8.1 Doesn't Detect My GPU after Update

Hello, Tomorrow My Windows 8.1 got updated And Since then windows 8.1 Doesnot detect My Nvidia Geforce GT 630M Before it was working perfectly but since the update its not being detected. In geforce Panel it says Drivers not installed So I ran the setup again but the setup does not detect my GPU Now I am unable to fix the problem. Kindly Help Me. The GPU is not detected in Device manager :/

Open Device Manager, and choose Display adapter.
If there was a device named Microsoft Basic Display Adapter, right-click and Update Driver Software.
If you already has the driver disc, browse and install them.
If not, search update automatically online.

Ummm Well I have tried These types of solutions which are found on "answered" threads. I am posting this because its something which i didn't found over the internet
