Windows 8.1 DSP Medialess, how to install media

I purchased the DSP medialess version of windows 8.1 by mistake, I normally purchase oem with disk. How and where do I download or obtain the installation media please

If you have the product key you can visit http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/upgrade-product-key-only to download and create installation media. You can select between creating USB-stick or DVD (ISO). http://www.cnet.com/how-to/how-to-download-the-official-microsoft-windows-8-1-iso/ has more detailed instructions.

This is not true. There is retiall version not OEM DSP!
