Windows 8.1 - Freezing when left idle

Hello all of you good people.

Few days ago I received an laptop to check whats wrong with it. I thought that would be very easy to find out but .. I was wrong.

Whenever left idle, computer freezes - Windows 8.1 - mouse , keyboard nothing responds and I have to hard reset it.
( at first it only froze when I was connected on internet through wifi but now it freezes even when not)

I ran numerous tests around and nothing so far helped me.

Did fresh and clean install of Win 8.1 - still issue ( 4x )
Did chkdsk - all ok
Did Memtest86 - all ok
Checked event viewer - nothing suspicious
Formatted harddrive completely. - still issue.

At this point I dont really have any idea whats going on or why it freezes. Any help would be appreciated.

Notebook is ASUS X553MA

Sent back to the seller. Still under warranty so Im not going to mess it up.
