Hi guys

I installed windows 8.1 on a SSD a few days ago... everything worked fine, i started installing a bunch of software and noticed that it just doesn't booted up as smooth as before.

I honestly dont know which software or hardware could cause this, i have been googling, troubleshooting for days now...

i thought i found the problem buy removing my old harddrive (As it had errors and i intereupted the Chckdisk, i have formatted the drive however) anyway... yesterday it did fix the problem, (i removed the HD and it worked fine, boot time was less than 8 seconds)

But today i switched on PC and only have SSD plugged in but still it hangs on desktop taking about 20sec to actually show the my computer logo...

I have attached pic of how it look.

BTW i did the SFC scan thing and all other scans... No luck

And booting in safemode works, the problem is gone in safemode..

Please help

Thanks, sorry for bad english

Since its ok in safe mode, it's probably something in startup or something you installed thats causing it.

The less programs that are in startup the better

If ccleaner is installed go to startup and uninstall bottom right. Copy and paste both of them in here

Hmm MSI Afterburner and AI suite are known causes of crashes. So if it crashes remove them

I would disable monitoring in ccleaner, it can slow booting down

I would uninstall AIcharger this is a well known cause of crashes

You dont need Quicktime or Java in startup disable them

well i dont think its afterburner., it happened before i installed it.. im starting to think its a hardware problem, cause i disabled all.... let me try safemode again and unplug GFX card

Ok i found the solution!!

after doing a clean boot it worked... i disabled all services and it loaded fine...

Then i tried to reboot by adding 1 service at a time and it seems that my GFX CARD NVIDEA services causes the problem! so i disabled all NVIDEA services

I never had this problem so i hope if i reinstall it it will work cus it tells me when i can update my drivers... but anyway just glad i found the solution, thanks for the help!
