windows 8.1 irql_not_less_or_equal error PLEASE HELP

I just installed Windows 8.1 and have an issue. Every time I use my PC i get a BSOD with this error message "windows 8.1 irql_not_less_or_equal error". I searched it up and cant find a fix! It crashes at random times, sometimes 5 minutes in sometimes hours in but it always happens. I'm read that it was a pci wireless card driver issue... but i dont have a wireless card.

Please help, any and all help is appreciated!

Could be a few things. First off: Is this a clean install, or an upgrade from a previous version?

It might be a driver problem, can you remember what you've installed before this happened?

This is a clean install of windows 8.1

The only difference was installing cpu-z which I have uninstalled. There has been no further installations of anything
