Windows 8.1 not able to start, black screen with cursor, today morning I saw my laptop with blue screen initially later it never started, pls help I am not able to use laptop now, it's not booting also, diagnostics test shows hard drive error

That most likely means, your harddrive doesn't work any longer. RMA it, if it is a new laptop or replace the hdd and reinstall, if it is an old one. I hope, you have a backup of your data?

My all data stored in drive D and drive E I don't want to loose that data pls help

You can try to get the disk out of the laptop and connect it to a desktop as a second drive. Maybe you can get the data from D and E this way.

Luckily it went into repair mode now tried to restore but failed, any other way if it goes into repair mode, where trouble shooting and turn off computer options will be der
