Question Windows 8.1 not recognizing DVD-RW

I have got some Philip DVD's but Windows 8.1/10 isn't recognizing them.

I would first pay attention to all these devices without drivers. Is there Windows 8 support for your hardware? Why not upgrade to Windows 10?
