I'm currently trying fix a buddy of mine's PC. The main issue that is wrong with it is that every time I turn it on I get the "Scanning and Repairing C drive" prompt. It doesn't get stuck, it usually takes about 5 or less minutes and then the PC will boot to windows. Any ideas as to why everytime I turn it on it does this?
