windows 8.1 side bar + boot screen

so lets get this started

i have windows 8.1 pro
Intel i5
Gigabyte ap68 mobo
16gb ram
========
MSI GeForce GT630 Nvidia Graphics Card (4GB, PCI-E 2.0 x16)
Samsung S24D300HL 24 Inch HDMI LED Monitor.
and a random dvi 19" monitor

so here's my issue

the side war on windows 8 as seen in picture below


only shows on my 2nd 19" monitor but my display set up is as shown in this picture



this picture shows how my screen setups are displayed on my GPU


so as my 24" is classed as my main display why is my 2nd screen getting the side bar only and also pc setting will not open on my 24" only my 19" ?

2nd question

my pc boots up and bios screen is only on my 19" screen is there anyway to change this to my 24" screen

The bios will always display on the DVI port over the HDMI, I've noticed this on my own system... not sure why this is, but it just is. Have you made sure that you have the latest drivers for the video card? and also maybe try setting the multi-screen settings via the video card settings program, rather then the windows 8 settings.

i bought the card yesterday and used msi live update for drivers so they should be fine atm



that is how my control setting are i haven't the multi up

You are running something called panoramic mode I guess that basically converting one screen to two sort of like expanding your screen.
