windows 8.1 tablet

so I bought this windows 8.1 tablet on ebay and I was wondering I really not the 8.1 kind of guy maybe I will like it IDK but I just want to put all my ducks in a row and well I was wondering if I can install windows 7 on there now it is a tablet there for it is a touch screen and the windows 7 install will be on a usb via a Linux installer so is this possible? the thing I bought is Insignia 8in Intel Atom 32GB Windows Tablet is the possible? or I'm am I stuck on 8.1 waiting for windows 10
