Question [Windows 8.1] User Account Control keeps popping up

Greetings. Been having an issue with my PC for the past few months and its really getting annoying. basically that User Account Control windows that says "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer" when you install a new program, now opens up EVERYTIME.
MSI Afterburner, EVERYTIME
GTA V, EVERYTIME
Real Temp GT, EVERYTIME
Defraggler, EVERYTIME
couple other steam games, dont remember which ones, EVERYTIME
Anyone have any idea on what caused this?

Hello

Looks like the UAC slider in your Windows is somehow set to Always notify. You can follow the instructions given here to manage the UAC settings.

That slider for me is set 1 above never notify, do not dim desktop
