Windows 8.1 vs Windows 7 for low laptop with amd cpu

Hello! I have laptop Lenovo G50 with AMD E1 6010 it work with 2 cores and with 1,35GHz and AMD R2 as graphics card. I have 4gb ram and now i'm useing Windows 8.1 on 32bits OS. What new OS need to choise i want my laptop work better, Need I use 64bits OS or not? Or what is better Windows 8.1 or 7 for low pc and what bits 32 or 64?

go windows 10 32 bit for the best preformance those 2 os are outdated & 10 is great on older hardware

Hmm.. Okay I need choice between Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 32bits.. 8.1 is simple, probably i will choice it again But need to change OS bits? I'm useing 32bits need to install 64 bits windows 8.1?
