Your hard drive is corrupted, if you tried the load drivers option in the setup and it didn't show up. Instead of installing using the setup file, click repair your computer, and open command prompt
Try this first in command prompt
Type in:
Bootrec /fixmbr
Bootrec /fixboot
Reboot and if it doesn't boot to windows, do this after you open a command prompt again
Type in
Disk part
List volume
Select volume (and the volume #)
List partition
Select partition (and the partition # you want to install Windows on, but don't use the 100 mb one, that's for booting windows)
Clean
Exit, reboot and try installing windows again using your setup disc or usb
