Here's my problem.
I've got a custom built PC with w8 on it. I recently upgraded my graphics card and now it doesnt work on windows 8 when not in safe mode. I'm trying to reinstall the drivers but I can't do it. When I tried uninstalling and catalyst from safe mode I get "driver detection failed" error. I've decided (unless someone can prove me wrong) that my best bet in order to fix the drivers is to reset windows 8. But I cannot do this because I dont have a windows 8 disc.

Here's what I've got to use.
A USB drive 4gb
Another USB drive 16gb
A laptop
A tablet
Two monitors. VGA and HDMI
A windows 8 ISO

Here are my specs
AMD a8-5600k 3.6ghz CPU
Corsair vengeance 8gb 1866mhz ram
500gb HDD
500w PSU
Asus AMD radeon HD 7770

Here is what I've tried.
Booting into low res video
Booting driver signature enforce disabled
Safe mode

Now with all of this said, I need your help. Desperately. Any info would be great. If you want to email me, pease email me at seanwoodfin99@gmail.com

Thank you in advance.

If you need to reinstall Win 8 you should be able to download an .iso file copy from MS. Burn the iso. file to disk and use your legitimate product key. I had the same problem and it works. I also advise that you download the .iso file and burn it to disk, whether or not you do a reinstall as insurance against crashes.
