Windows 8 dpc watchdog violation bsod

Hi I have Windows 8 installed on my pc and I keep getting an BSOD saying DPC Watchdog Violation. I have searched this error but I can't find what it could be.

My specs are:
Windows 8 Pro 32bit
Packard Bell WMCCP78M
AMD Athlon II X3 425 2.70GHz
3.00GB Ram
NVIDIA GeForce 9200 Series 256MB

Seems to be a driver issue. Update drivers and bios.

I had similar issues with my hp n204tx laptop.
I disabled fast startup in power options. But doesn't seem to be an issue with it.
My all drivers were up to date. Still the problem persisted. I had MSI afterburner and when I uninstalled it my problem was gone.
So try disabling fast startup option in power options and try uninstalling any gpu tweaking software else than that came with ur gpu.
