windows 8 install

hello so i have been running into problems trying to install windows 8 onto my ssd i made a bootable usb and when i try to select where i want to install windows it starts running into problems
my ssd in install menu
me assigning the drive
no system reserved
when i assign the drive it should make a system reserved partition but it dosent so it dosent let me install example: (sorry couldnt find direct photo url)

i have only 1 drive attached thats my ssd

sata is in ahci mode

i think my memory isnt on the compatibility sheet for my motherboard but would that stop windows 8 install?

What does it say when you press on the show details where it says Windows can't be installed on this drive (system reserved partition should be created automatically by the setup wizard when you select the drive for install)?

i says "we couldnt create a new partition or locate an existing one"

i can partition it in windows setup i could boot into a linux OS and see if i can partition in that if needed

changed rufus to make the bootable flashdrive uefi and it worked dont know real reason behind it

It was propably the motherboards uefi bios not allowing it to properly run due to the protections, should have though of that.
