Windows 8 memory managment error restart loop

I got Windows 8 memory managment error, after computer restart it instantly pops back up, i tryed runing safe mode but when i do that screen just goes black and stays like that, what else can i try and do to fix this?

if u have bootable windows dvd then insert it and wait for startup repair to come. then go to troubleshoot option.
then go to advanced options..then find system restore option...restore to a previous stable state of windows. If this does not solve the problem then probably u need to format your c drive.Good Luck!!
