I wonder how much the developers of Windows 8 get pay. What Microsoft should include in the new version is a fool proof antivirus (free), no a separated download; go back to movie maker as it was in Vista, with an timeline view, no an story board; include some music program that can do basic editing, composition and DJ functions; include an eBook library and please keep all the goodies of Windows 7.

Microsoft announced on 5 January 2011 that the next major version of the Windows NT family will include support for ARM processors. Microsoft demonstrated a preliminary version of Windows (version 6.2.7867) running on an ARM-based computer at the 2011 Consumer Electronics Show.[88]

[citation][nom]dallaswits[/nom]32 bit must be maintained.Just speaking from the stand point of an IT consultant in the dental field, where all xray equipment and practice management software is 32 bit only and very slow to transition. And we need Win Tablets... soon. Or apple will kill off windows in these small offices.[/citation]

why would medical equipment need a new OS?

That is fine, you keep using the 32 bit OSes you have now, there is no need for you to upgrade if it's already working, but consumers have no need for 32 bit, even Atoms are 64it CPU now no 32 bit is needed. New OSes should be 64 bit only 32 bit software that does not run on 64 bit Windows is are few and far between, get rid of that old tech and optomise Windows for 64 bit only.
