Windows 8 Problems Running programs

i just installed windows 8 on my computer. i installed the disc drivers for my motherboard and tried to do the same for my graphic card. when i put the disc in the tray i get a note saying if i want to run the files and i click yes and it does nothing

If you have the AMD HD GPU, download from here http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx
IF it is NVIDIA card, go to here. http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
You are better go to the company website to download the newer one instead of the one from the disc.
