Windows 8 Reset PC

Hi I wonder if anyone could help. I am trying to reset my laptop to factory settings but I keep getting a "Unable to reset Pc. A required drive partition is missing"

Receiving this message of ‘Unable to Reset Your PC. Required Driver Partition is Missing’ might look terrifying, but actually the problem behind this error message is quite simple. The reasons for it might include inactive or lost partitions, boot configuration issues, SSD or HDD corruption, etc.
