Windows 8 Stuck But Cant Get Into Recovery Mode

Hi everyone,
Today, I updated my windows 8 pc. When it was done, a message popped-up "We couldn't complete the updates Undoing changes Don't Turn off computer".
This message has been sitting on my screen for 4 hours now. When I tried to go into recovery mode by pressing f8 and shift+f8, I came out with no avail.

Please help me either get out of this stupid message or help me get into recovery mode.

8.1 upgraded from pre-loaded 8?

Did you create a Recovery Disk?
Do you have an Installation disk?
Point I'm making is if you tell us nothing about your rig we don't have a cat's chance of helping you with your query...
