The reason 95/98 won't VM together is they use the identical code in the boot sector. This means there is no way for the VM to tell them apart. Maybe Win ME will do what you want.
Why????
It's just as easy if not easier to have two separate hdd files and boot up which ever you like.
You can even have two instances open and run both at the same time.
So why even bother with dual boot?
