Question Windows almost installed but wouldn't complete the restart

Been trying to install windows all evening with various hurdles. Finally managed to get to the installation, it got two thirds done and said it needed to restart. When it tried to restart it had the windows 10 logo and the spiral of dots underneath then the computer just closed down. I've tried booting it again but it does the same thing and just stopped.

Sorry, the reply is a bit late I'm trying to get the rest of the parts off of my friend because some of the parts are at his house. We're building a PC together and I've supplied the motherboard, gpu, cpu and cpu cooler so here's the spec list of my parts.

AMD FX-8350
Asus M5A78L-M USB-3
Antec C40
Sapphire TOXIC R9 270x

The version for the bios was 2101 which was in 2014 I believe
