Every time I start up my computer it always says that it will check my C drive. This started happening after I migrated OS from one drive to another. Is there a way to stop this from happening because if I let it do the disk check it doesn't change anything and still does it the next time I switch on my computer.

Are you sure the new drive isn't the cause?

Have you run crystaldiskinfo (blue icons) on the drive(s)?

its only meant to run if the drive is going bad, so worth checking ir to confirm that before thinking it is windows 11 being odd.

you can edit registry to stop it, or run commands in CMD to check the drive (not chkdsk)
see steps 2 & 3 here - https://www.thewindowsclub.com/check-disk-runs-at-every-startup-windows

if you use 2, do this first - https://neosmart.net/wiki/backup-restore-registry/

Mine was doing that..it would check C:, later in the day it would check another drive and so on...All my drives were in good shape, I deleted couple of16mb partitions on both my OS drives and all has been fine since.
