Question Windows Apps Folder Freezing

I can see my Windows Apps Folder is using 17gb, but that instance of explorer will freeze and trying to end the task will sometimes just lock up my whole PC and not let me re-open explorer. Ive also made sure to change the owner of the file to admin or users. It's always the same result. Any ideas?

it could be because the default owner of the folder should be Trustedinstaller. Windows might be trying to protect itself

What are you trying to achieve in the folder?

At best, Id like to have that folder at least recognized by Microsoft Store, or Xbox for PC. I cant even install games over it on that folder. At the very least Id like to delete it, I know what's in it, just some games.

Also, Trustedinstaller was the original owner, and I changed it in an attempt to get control back.
