Windows Apps Not Starting

I've had windows 10 for awhile and i just noticed this problem. When i open the start menu and click one of the Windows apps, like store or the xbox app, nothing happens. No error message popping up or anything. I looked up a few fixes but none of them were helpful.

Can you please confirm since when are you facing this problem?

Restoring Windows 10 to the date before the issue started may be helpful.
