Windows Audio Keeps Stoping

Well my audio keeps cuting out. Havent seemed to fix it.
Things ive tried
Reinstall Drivers "twice"
Restart Windows Audio "Fixes it for the time being untill it stops again" Done that 100+ times by now.
NOTE it says runing when audio cuts out, but restarting it fixes it.
Restarting pc "5 times"
Tried switching to hdmi audio from what im currently pluged into which is the audio jacks.
Im clueless on how to fix this problem

no i use Avast.

See if the windows audio service is running . If it isnt start it. Any errors?

whenever the audio cuts out the Windows Audio says it runing.

The short term fix is just right click restarting it but it gets annoying after so many times 😛

Hmm Looks like Avast can cause this prob (or used to). Stop / disable it for now. See what happens

Is the AV installed or is the Internet Security version of Avast installed?

Dosnt seem to of helped. Scaned my pc yesterday and nothing out of the ordinary found. Also if its helps i use Avast Free It has 3 shields but no firewall.
