Windows Boot Manager, 0xc00000e9 HELP NEEDED NOW!!!

Ok so i was playing team fortress 2 on my vaio vpceb11fm and it lagged out so i hit the power button to shut down because it froze. Plus i get this S.M.A.R.T error whenever i start up the computer ever since i reformatted it. Then after i shut it down it would keep starting in safe mode and it would never do that. and then it gives me the error message Windows Boot Manager, 0xc00000e9 and so on. I had a usb mouse attached at the time and whenever i press exit it will do that error message again I have a old back up but im not too sure what to do here. I have no access to the os and f8 does not work. ANY HELP WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!! and i dont want to reformat it again but please help it is really stressing me out!!!
