Windows Boot manager

Hello guys,

I am running windows 7, i ad tried to boot from a cloned external disk which i couldn't successfully achieve.
Now when i boot normally with the internal disk .... i am prompted with an option to choose from the existing OS and a recovered OS.

I am able to successfully boot from the existing OS without a problem.
My Q is, how do i get rid of the prompt to choose the OS and directly boot from my existing OS.

Am i confusing ! ok pls take a look at the pic ive attached. might give u guys on my situation.

I would go to the control panel and select system... select advanced system settings...under advanced go to startup and recovery and click on the settings box select the default operating system and change the wait time to 1 second.

Dude, I gave it a spin. I can set the time alright...I set it to 2 secs....but can't seem to get rid of the prompt wholly though..... It appears at the start up..... Any other way around this....?
