Windows booted with no image, now power button doesn't work

I'm absolutely at the end of my tether now. Days have gone working fine, then once again things are going wrong. In my old PC I put this 290x in, and it worked fine for days then booted with no image.

Now, with a new P8Z77v and Corsair 1000w PSU it booted with no image as it did after 3 days before. But it gets worse, now the power button doesn't even work to turn on the PC. I really desperately need help here, I have no idea what to do.

Nobody answered again, so I thought I'd just say what I've done. Resetted the CMOS and nothing, tried shorting the power pins... nothing. I reckon the board is just dead. I'm going to order a new one to replace this one.
