Windows BSOD Help

Every time I try and do something on my computer whether its playing games or typing something out, I always get the same BSOD error over and over and over again. It says
SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
What failed: CMUSBDAC.sys
Ive looked online for any type of answer but there not a single answer out there that helps me. I can use my computer for a short duration but the second I even breathe on the case it will bsod. Or, in the middle of me playing a game, bam, bsod. Its happend about 13 times withing 6 hours and I'm to the point where I don't want to use my computer anymore. Ive updated my graphics card if that helps, probably not.

Did you try removing the audio driver and reinstall it?
