Question windows button on keyboard not working..

my windows key quit working randomly recently. I've tried everything i can think of to fix it but nothing has worked.

a few other problems i've noticed...

-when i'm on youtube, it doesn't seem to load everything on the page, like the youtube logo in top left doesn't show up.
- when i'm on someones channel and trying to look at their videos, it doesn't show me any of their videos? it's like it doesn't load them. sometimes if i refresh a bunch, they'll eventually pop up.
- I use a tool for my business, for whatever reason my PC cuts the screen in half making it more difficult to do what i'm trying to do.. (as shown in the screenshot below) the scroll bar is in the middle of the screen almost, not on the far right like it usually is.

just a bunch of weird problems i've been experiencing recently, not sure if they're related to the same problem or just random things happening.

Keyboard: make and model?

You alluded to scrolling problems - Mouse: make and model/scrollwheel?

Have you tried manually downloading the keyboard's drivers via the manufacturer's website, reinstall, and reconfigure? (No third party tools or installers.)

Have you tried another known working keyboard and mouse (no Windows key problems) on your computer?

Have you tried your keyboard and mouse on another known working computer?

Determine if the problem stays with computer or follows the keyboard.

Objective being to narrow down the possible culprits.

Is all important data backed up at least 2 x to locations away from the computer in question? Be sure to verify that the backups are recoverable and readable.
