Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. WINDOWS 10

So, on my Windows 10 Acer when I try to do anything that requires admin rights It gives me that error.

I can't run setups or use cmd as an admin or even use the Registry Editor. I can't make or delete profiles through settings. When I try to do something with admin rights It loads for maybe 5 minutes and freezes the tab so I can't X out or do anything. Task Manager no longer works either. I can download things, but can't open setups. Please help. I don't know what to do. Out of nowhere, one day I try to open MalwareBytes and It gave me that error ever since I tried to do certain things.

Please help me Every other website or forum or anything never helps no matter what.
