Windows cannot be installed on this disk, the disk may fail soon

Hi is there a way to bypass this somehow? I have 2 HDDs . And because of this im forced to install windows on my old 250GB drive which is making some very creepy noises. The other drive im using has this error for about 3 years but it is working perfectly when the 250GB randomly stops working and lags my system.

Windows is telling you that one or both of your drives are dying.

The only 'fix' is replace.
