I recently ran the latest update on Saturday 29th August 2017 and yesterday when trying to open any jpg/mp4.mp3 files, I get the message "windows cannot find make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again"...I can see the files but can't seem to open them, any one ran across this or experiencing the same thing?

I googled it and it said to go to my folder>>>>view>>>options>>>change it to "This PC" but it didn't work for me.

Thanks

I tried that but it didn't work...I then went to properties for both picture/video files and noticed they were set to be opened by "twinui", I changed both to windows picture viewer and windows media player and now everything's fine.

Thanks

I have the same problem today opening my pictures. I tried the same thing you first did, too, changing View>>Options>>This PC and it didn't work. Can you explain in a little more detail your solution (below) that worked? I'm not very tech savvy. Where do you find properties for picture/video files? Thanks so much! (I know the photos are there because if I move them into Dropbox I can get them off my phone!)
