Hello,

So I recently bought my sister's old laptop because my current laptop is basically at the end of its life, where laptop was still functioning. I tried fresh installing windows 10 from a usb onto the laptop, where I got the error code 0x8007025D. So I thought, "it has an old hard drive, she never replaced it" so I went out to buy a 750 evo 250gb ssd for the laptop. I get the same error. any help? I googled the error code but none of the answers resolved my problems. I used diskpart with both drives, and still no success. Maybe its the USB thats the problem? Or should I put the new ssd into my desktop and get the os from there?
