[SOLVED] Windows cannot load

I have a new Asus fx502vmz laptop but sometimes, when I on it freezes at the logo side and I have to hard turn off the machine and switch it on again.

This is what I have started posting for this sort of thing
Run in cmd prompt with administrator privileges (type cmd in search bar - then right click on "command prompt" and select "run as administrator":
chkdsk c: /F /R
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
SFC /scannow

Then check if everything is ok.

i tried it but the problem still exists

does it give this message at start up https://www.asus.com/us/support/FAQ/1010992 then i would drive with is software maker .

No please, it doesn't give any message at startup it just freezing unless i hold the power button to turn it off

since it is brand new ask for rma or repair could be a internal issue with motherboard and others parts .
