Windows cant accept my new motherboard!

I have recently upgraded only my motherboard (same ram, GPU, CPU, etc..). And when I boot into windows 10 the "choose an option" menu comes up like i was expecting, but there is no option to some how force windows into booting normally! I want windows to install the new drivers for the motherboard, its just giving up! (connected via Ethernet directly to the router) I just want access to the desktop.

A new motherboard often requires a clean OS install.
Looks like this is the case here.
