I have bought this headset for a year, before it got "malfunctioned" or "broken", It works good. I use it for daily gaming, but I dont know what happened, Windows just cant detect the headset itself, anymore, I have tried to uninstall the USB (Universal Serial Bus) on the device manager, and restart the computer afterwards. I got this message whenever i plug this headset to one of my USB ports.

I know its "bolden" that my mouse has caused the USB Power Surge to malfunctioned, but im not sure of that. It shows that my Wi-Fi (Intel Centrino Wireless Bluetooth) also use my USB ports to power itself.

My laptop specs:
Dell Inspiron 15r N5520

Intel Core i5 3210m
Intel HD 4000
4 DDR3 RAM
500 GB Hard disk

My questions are:

What causes windows to not detect my Hp Premium Digital Headset?

How to fix that issue? is that a driver issue?

Does my WiFi adapter use my USB power?

Sorry for this long topic and Thanks

Ive tried. It says that this device is a PnP device, that means that i should just plug the device, and use it right?
And I've looked for an upadted driver on the HP's website, and it says that thay dont "support" this product anymore. I can\t even search of this product in the website.. Probably HP has removed this product from their website..
