Windows Controllers Question?

What are the advantages / disadvantages of the Xbox windows controller vs say, one of the other cheaper ones (besides the obvious xbox one controlling the xbox)? Thanks.

There isn't a giant difference, it more so depends on what you want to do with it. If you are just playing steam games, I've had lots of luck with XBOX controllers, but certain games have their own as well. If you don't care, get a cheaper one, just make sure it's compatible with your software.

Cheaper ones may have worse build quality, can break sooner and/or have worse feeling buttons and sticks.
