So here’s my issue. I added a new M.2 drive to my pc somehow this corrupted my windows. Upon trying to boot I would get blue screen, error code: Critical process has died. I installed windows on my new drive and am able to boot into windows fine. Windows recognizes the first drive fine. So my question is, Is there a way to get all my windows settings back? My software settings? Or a way to repair the windows that is on the first drive?

You must give boot priority to Windows Boot Manager, not disk. If you need your old Windows data & settings, you can clone your old Windows to your new disk with software such as Macrium Reflect.
