Hello, I'm facing a problem thats very difficult to solve. I built my PC in August and facing this crash/freeze problem ever since. I tried bunch of things to solve it and I was lazy about wiping the drive and installing windows again but I decided to do it today. I bought a new usb for media creation tool, wiped the disk installed fresh. And it still happens. It happens mostly when im watching a video from a video player, it doesn't happen on browser like Netflix, Disney etc. The video freezes, I am able to move the mouse click on things and after couple of seconds it freezes completely, then I have to shut it down from the power button.

Sometimes it happens when the pc is idle but mostly when watching videos. It's almost impossible to watch a movie without a freeze. I guess there is something wrong with hardware now that software is out of question but there is not much I can do about it but I still wanted to ask for help.

Specs:
Motherboard: Asus Rog Strix B550-F
CPU: Ryzen 5600x
GPU: Asus Dual RTX 3060 Ti
PSU: Asus Rog Strix 650 W 80+ Gold
RAM: Kingston Fury Beast 2x16 GB 3600 mhz
SSD: Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1 TB

Thanks in advance.

Have you run MEMTEST to see if you have a RAM problem ?
