Windows creating new user on boot?

I just built a new computer and installed windows via USB, put in my product key and created a user. I got into the desktop. I reset my computer to test if it would boot correctly, and it asks me to make a new user again, and a computer name etc. when I put in the name I put before it says "this name is already in use" How do I boot to get into the login screen??? Any help would be appreciated.

The login screen does not appear when there is only one user account, unless you apply a password to it.
Otherwise, your are logged in automatically and you go straight to the Windows Desktop.
